- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible customer service. Roy's daughter who Is also an employee there is extremely rude. I have been pulled over on three separate occasions for not having insurance. I showed my insurance card showing that my car was covered. Each time I would go into Roy's office to ask about it. The first I talked to Roy about it and he brushed it off and laughed about it. The next two times Roy's daughter was the one that I had to talk to about it. Each time she was rude and tried telling me that I didn't have insurance on that car. I showed her my insurance card and she still was argument ice about it. The third time she implied that I was lying and then turned around and said that I never brought in the car for their office to get the VIN number. I told her that she was the one that came out to my car and got the VIN number. After that I changed insurance companies and haven't had any problems since.January 31, 2017by Linda Peck
