- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I came in for a free consultation. The dental assistant was nice, but I was appalled with the doctor. He came in for a five-minute chat and to look inside my mouth and explain how the braces would go. He asked me if there was something going on and I explained I had my wisdom teeth removed about a month ago. He seemed to shrug and told me I wasn't "healing very nicely" but continued with the rest of his pitch. Today, I found out that I have an incision hole full of food that accumulated over time. Not only did Dr. Matthew Shuldberg not inform me something was seriously wrong, he couldn't even have the professionalism to tell me to see my dentist immediately. This whole ordeal has shown me this office is not a place that has people's best interest at heart but is rather filled with casual negligence for unknowing patients.September 11, 2017by Eloisa Gomez
