  Almost as important as child-therapist relationship, is the parent-therapist relationship. I have worked with many therapists on this long road we have walked with my daughter's mental health issues. Rachel is by far the best we have seen. She connects with both my daughter and myself. She is easy to talk to, accessible, caring, and fun. Sometimes I just need a session with her myself to work things through out loud with some guidance. She always makes room in her schedule to see me and when I leave I always feel calmer and like my world makes a little more sense. She helps me feel like I am a capable parent and that I can help my daughter through these difficult times. I really respect the advice she gives me and it has helped me immensely to communicate better with my daughter and to come up with strategies to help her cope. I highly recommend Rachel. Especially for teenagers. She really has a way with them!

  Rachel Noble is a wonderful therapist. She is very easy to connect with an talk to. I was afraid that talking to someone would be uncomfortable and awkward, but she made me feel very comfortable. She takes the time to truly understand and help in a way that is personal to your situation. I would highly recommend her.
